Description of Service

ClipSprout is a client-side web application that enables users to process videos locally in their browser. Features include audio extraction, transcription, AI-powered clip suggestion, caption generation, and video reframing.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ClipSprout complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must have the right to edit and create content from any videos you process with our tool.

Intellectual Property

ClipSprout is provided “as is” for video editing purposes. You retain all rights to the content you create using our tool. We claim no ownership over your videos or clips.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions provide additional features including longer video support, unlimited clips, no watermark, and 4K export. Subscriptions are processed through our payment partner and are subject to their terms as well.

Limitation of Liability

ClipSprout is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or device damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ClipSprout after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
