• —Account information — If you sign in, we store your name, email, and profile picture as provided by your Google account. This is used solely for authentication and to manage your subscription.
• —Subscription status — We store whether you have an active Pro subscription to unlock premium features.
• —Usage analytics — We collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views and feature usage to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. What We Never Collect

• —Your video files or any content derived from them
• —Your face data, voice data, or biometric information
• —Any personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide

3. Local Storage

ApexClip uses your browser's local storage to cache models and save your preferences. This data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

4. Advertising

ApexClip may display advertisements to free-tier users to support development and keep the service free. We use Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history.

Pro users do not see any advertisements.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by rejecting cookies via our consent banner, adjusting your browser settings to block third-party cookies, or visiting the Network Advertising Initiative.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdSense for advertising and Google Analytics for anonymized usage data. These services may collect standard web data (browser type, pages visited, time spent) but do not receive any video content or personally identifiable information beyond what is described above.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. Since video processing happens entirely on your device, there is no risk of video data being intercepted, leaked, or misused through our infrastructure.

ApexClip is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
