How does the minute-based pricing work?
Every tier gets processing minutes that renew monthly on the anniversary of your purchase. The free tier gives you 60 minutes once — no renewal. Minutes are consumed when you process a video (rounded up to the nearest minute).
What are top-up minutes?
Top-ups add extra processing minutes to your account that never expire. They are used after your tier minutes are exhausted. You must have an active tier subscription to purchase top-ups.
What is the refund policy?
In-site purchases have a 7-day refund window. Credits that have been consumed on video processing are non-refundable.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
You can purchase a top-up pack to add more minutes, or wait until your tier minutes reset monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. If upgrading, you pay the difference for the current month. If downgrading after payment, you receive a refund of the difference. Before payment is due, standard pricing applies.
How does queue priority work?
When multiple users process videos simultaneously, Tier 3 users are served first, then Tier 2, Tier 1, and finally Free users.
